The Kofte is traditional folkwear from the sàmi culture of the north of Norway. The Kofte is a symbol of their culture, and is often worn at special occasions, similar to the Bunad. There are many regional variations of the Kofte, but the most recognisable would be the Kautokeino women's Kufte. The hat I added an image of is also very recognisable.
