[Laos] Landmark stamps
Ahrrhd
Laos doesn't have it's location-based free stamps. So far, it only has three region-exclusive stamps for celebrating certain fesitivities such as That Luang Festival, Pi Mai, and the Flag of Laos. It would be nice to have some free landmark stamps and here are some of my suggestions:
- Pha That Luang
A 16th-century Buddhist temple in Vientiane Capital that is regarded as the symbol of Laos.
- Patuxai
"Victory Gate" in Vientiane Capital commemorating Laos' struggle for independence from France.
- Wat Phu
A 7th-century Khmer Hindu temple located in the southern part of Laos.
UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Wat Xiengthong
A 16th-century Buddhist temple in Luang Prabang that is one of the most important Buddhist temple in Laos.
